though that's very mandatory! See below more.Pedi: DeluxeFor the pedicure I didn't get any colors just the scrubs, paraffin wax and cleaning of nails. I also had to ask for a towel over my skirt. so when I sat down the lady asked me what color I wanted and since I had my feet already in the water I had to explain colors I liked. They never asked me to pick my nail polish color etc. I'm pretty disappointed about the service here! I came in to get a Mani (Signature $37) & Pedi (Deluxe Pedi $40) comes to $77 + tip which is pretty pricey with the bad service they provided. I went in on a Saturday, called 2 hours ahead for an appointment, showed up 30 minutes ahead of my appointment time, was seated 5 minutes later. I will return, with cash for that $22 classic pedicure. 40 minutes from the first dunk to top coat then 15 minutes enjoying the massage chair. I didn't catch the technician's name, while initially concerned that he was too aggressive with the cuticle care and especially after the slight sting with the alcohol spray prior to polish application, but boy did the final product LOOK GOOD. I got some ugly toes and am a biomechanics mystery, so I give a warm thank you for every technician who serve my feet. Hm, where did that extra $1 come from? I thought tax around these parts of town hovers around 7%, not like the good ol' sunshine state of California where it hovers around 9.5%. Talk about FALSE ADVERTISMENT.So their laminated sheets have the classic pedicure listed at $21, but I was charged either $23.xx for credit card or $22 cash. Instead of auto calving it she folded it over and put it in her box to make it appear to have been autoclaved she then used it on her next client. I then watched as one tech took the cuticle equipment to dig up the drain and then take it and rest of used tools and put them back in a bag that they would use in auto clave. Even worse they used the pumice stone to scrub the basin and put it back in their equipment to use on the next client. While I was there I noticed only one person clean the basin after the pedi was done. While I was getting a pedicure I didn't see my tech open the instruments but I didn't worry just figured I had missed it, I begin to watch after that. I walked in and the store was clean and they offered drinks and got to me right away. On web site and the brochure they have at the salon it states "Sanitize Guaranteed" it then goes on to say that they auto clave the instruments and use a fresh new bag on each client. I went here looking for a clean sterile place to go. I will not go back ever!!! Read Less Show More Reviews Worth the 30$! Not sure if they are just like other salons here with complimentary margaritas, seeing as I am here at 10 am, but they do offer drinks. For the #2 pedicure you get very good nail and cuticle work, a massage, hot towels, wax wrap, and polish. Trust me it isn't easy. This will be my new regular place. He's been very attentive and not rushing at all! I am THE single most ticklish person on the planet but he helped my patiently with my feet. My nail technician, a younger man with long swoopy hair (Alvin) is working hard on my nails and taking his time. But after trying a different salon in Amarillo (where I got a toe infection from poor sanitation) I decided to give this place another try. Here I am on a Tuesday morning and very impressed again. At that moment I did feel rushed and it looked very bad even after the fix. Unfortunately my puppy ruined my pedicure and I had to come back an hour later for a quick fix on one of my toes. The first time I came here I was very impressed with the service.
